How do 10 day Demand Letters work?
Accounts 130 days old or less are eligible for our AAB 10 day demand letters. Our Free Final Demand Letter, issued by our office, will direct the debtor to make payments to you direct. If they don’t make payment or arrangements then the account goes directly into collection. If they pay then all you have to do is let us know to stop the automatic listing in our ten day final notice system.
Simply enter your accounts online into our final notice system and we mail a final demand letter direct to your customer on our letterhead.
If payment is remitted by the debtor within the 10 Day Free period, our agency receives no commission. If payment in full is not received within the specified 10 Day time frame, collection activity commences and our fee is applicable based upon contractual collection rates and our Terms and Conditions.
